It looks great Kim 👍
There is no doubt you have done an incredible job bringing that boat back to life. I hope you get the satisfaction of 'i made that' every time you sit on a cushion.
The sewing job looks great and professional.
I can't remember did you get the A/C all straightened out?
Kim the cushions look very professional
Taste the biscuit
👍 great job KIM, and you too TY
WOW what a tremendous achievement, you should be so proud
Did she say stuffing the sausage into the cushion?!?!?!
She loves it when he crawls into holes..
Hanger Issues Maddy!!! 😀
Amazing work Kim, keep it up!
So good
100% smashed it Kim
Stuffing cushions is so much easier with the plastic silk, and we have never noticed any problems with it as far as sweating. You can also pull it out if you really don't want to have it in there. Fortunately for my wife (who has lots sewing experience), I do not like the look of piping. [My wife feels your pain]
Looking encouraging, really starting to see an end in sight … woo hoo!
Miss Kim knocked it out of the park! Edit: Ben Franklin: "Three removes equal one fire." These days you could probably reduce that to two.
The cushions look fantastic..! You have to be proud of how they turned out.
Also, kudos to the sound editor..!! The FF sound editing with Ty was awesome. I wonder if folks know what a pain that is to do?
It ain’t home if the Moccamaster isn’t there, I’m with Ty on that!😉
Amazing job on those cushions!!! (and everything else!) You are all so talented! Congratulations!
It appeared to some “open” bottles of wine that may need to be consumed to help the tiredness be relieved. Maybe not until about 7:30ish pm though, otherwise you won’t get “back to work”, Mike Patey’s coined phrase.
Home is where the supper bowl is 😃 or the coffee pot 🤣
Amazing job with the covers!
Looks beautiful 😎
Awesome job Kim.
👍✅ 🎉🥂
Excellent news guys, more money for the boat 8-). I was wondering where alll that wood was going..
I wish people would stop blaming covid for everything from poor workmenship, poor service and just about everything people look for an excuse for.
Kim, A+ on the piping! I am a sewest/quilter/seamtress/everything to do with fabric for over 55 years, I can say you did awesome!! Happy Sewing🪡 and sailing!
Awesome job….im impressed. Fingers must hurt like hell after that job….
I'd use a bag and vacuum to put them in and the plastic doubles as cushion protection preventing liquids from being saturated into it.
👍👍👍👍GREAT JOB
Great job on the sewing job looks great
Amazing work on the sewing. Brilliant because it is really hard.
Agreed. Excellent work on the piping, Kim!❤
piping looks great!!! I have sewn cushions with piping myself. I know the added effort that took. The result was worth the effort .
They look amazing….
Looks 🎉 fantastic well done
From someone who has spent half my life at a sewing machine, tackling those cushions was BRAVE as a first big project ( especially using very expensive fabric!) I like the piping a lot. One of the most appealing aspects of the human eye is contrast – it draws us in without conscious thought. My grandmother's favorite saying was "some people never find time to do it right the first time, but they always find time to do it over". Your mind is always your best tool when building and creating 🙂 As someone once said "measure thrice, cut once" and it's evident you guys measured, made notes, and cut carefully before jumping in with both feet. Getting organized and staying organized is life skill you guys have in spades! BTW, I have used dry cleaning bags to stuff pillows/cushions in the past and once you get it in there, these bags can be torn and pulled out. I did see some other similar suggestions, but it looks like you got them all in there already (although I suspect not without sore and scuffed up knuckles 🙂 Bravo getting moved onto the boat and what some viewers may not realize, during the 922 days, you were not only working on the Leopard, but putting the finishing touches on the first boat (Lagoon) before it was sold. At this point you must now be sure that the light at the end of the tunnel is NOT an oncoming train, but the finish line which is now in sight! Bravo to all 4 of you.
Who has the money to buy every tool possible to refit there boat ? Why didn’t you just buy a new boat ?
Great progress and a big step… for the coffee maker 😉
Ever try a garbage bag and a vacuum pump. Collapse it with the pump and put it in and unhook the pump and remove bag .
A car that is running gets more work to it done faster. A boat you are living on gets more work done to it faster. You have too much stuff and places to put it. Magic 8-Ball says that will change soon enough.
