Great presentation guys. You will find, I believe, that building a boat, just like building a small farm, is a very rewarding project. I've built two, both small sailboats and I believe that the most rewarding part of both of those endeavors was discovering that they sailed really well and that I was still a very capable sailor. That being said families tend to grow in size, once you've figured out how to create one, and obviously you two have. And……. as the family grows it usually needs, or at least does better, with more space and opportunities to develop each members potentials and meet their individual needs. With your vast sailing experience such a project will not be difficult for you but you may discover once it's launched that you have become a weekend or vacation time sailor. Nothing wrong with that and some families do manage to enjoy living aboard and cruising together but you'll need to build another and bigger boat.😊

I have to say, I have subscribed to your channel for a long time. I loved your sailing content and was unsure about the transition, but I have totally enjoyed it and look forward to your homesteading videos just as much, if not more. Your homesteading videos are very content heavy. And by that, I mean that the thought end effort you put into your tasks on the farm are very well conveyed on video. I really liked the thought that went into processing/preserving your pig videos, mainly because I do homemade pastrami and the charcuterie stuff made a whole lot of sense.
Boat build is a yes, and though I miss your sailing I have enjoyed your homesteading
