OK you guys can take a break next week and come to Florida to visit us. we are all so looking forward to seeing you guys. Thanks for the BD wish, love you!
The sanding job made me cry. I worked doing prep work for my brother who was a house painter. That took guts!
I agree, he always looks so happy to have his project. What a legend you are sir
👍
Yanni – here is a thing – whilst Matt doesn't say this – it remains true. He is able to do this crazy amount of effort and work – quite simply because of you. your support – you're paying attention to the other things. He wants to build something together for you both and your involvement and support are critical to being able to do this.
The narrative at the beginning and the selection of music really tells the story of a beautiful relationship …with a life changing goal in progress! Congrats to both of you…and so love Matt’s mom…she is a work horse and so fortunate to spend quality time with her son and daughter in law❣️bTw happy birthday MiMi😉
Thank you Matt for explaining why you put the wider layer of fiberglass cloth first and then the narrower layer last. As you were narrating what you were doing, I was asking myself why you would do it that way, and less than 5 minutes later you explained yourself, so thank you.
Always enjoy the story, but the music was great to listen to as well. Thx for sharing
I'm loving following this, I just wish I had z fractio of his skills and enthusiasm !. Btw had to shazam the sounds at 16:30 – 'Malandragem' by Quincas Moreira – I love that too !!
I am enjoying every single episode! Amazing project and skill on both Duracell and creating this content! Looking forward to the next episode!
Great episode! Keep rolling Duracell team! 👍👍
came back to this and see alot has been done in half a year starting to look more like a cruising yacht now
wow very interesting content friend
Your Mom is a Legend. Unpleasant work, that she does with a smile on her face. Nothing like a mothers Love ❤️
Duracell had a sister yacht called grinnaker built in Cape Town and sailed by Bertie Reed. Does anyone know what happened to her?
Hi gang !!
Another fantastic video, with also very nice music !! I am,as the wife, also amazed by the sheer energy we see. I am a quite stubborn auld grumpy dude, but here I see the pinnacle of stubbornness…….Also, cudo to the mother, must be one of the best there is….Also, thanx for giving us meters, decimeters, and occasionally, centimeters…..
Over time, this Duracell project, have become the one I can not miss, among my 150 other projects around the world…Slowly, but surely, the well made videos and the actual project, is on my top list….
Anyway, allda bestest from a frosty Karlstad, Sweden, now minus 2, but no snow yet…..Regards,mikke….;-D
Music credit for the stringers!!!? ……that sh$t was phat!
It would take as long if she would give him a hand. 😢good thing the mom helps
I hope you're planning to incorporate a couple of "secret compartments" in the build in order to store your valuables (and potentially some self defense items). Sad to say, the way the world is these days, it's probably a good idea. Of course, if you are going to do it, please don't share it with us!
Also, I hope you guys are putting your initials in areas of the boat like JM did!
jesus wept ..just stop it …xx
It is so wonderfull how you work together with your mother I think that My mother also works with My but she died to young i by happy to see you end your mom😘
You guys are awesome!
A maze ing. I had often wondered why you put the layers on "the wrong way up" thanks for explaining that. Makes so much sense now.
