I personally hate victron equipment. Check out outback power systems for inverter chargers and other off grid power generation equipment. I have equipment from outback power systems that is 20+ years old and I have never experienced a failure with any piece of outback power systems equipment and I live off grid in the Mojave Desert area of California.

When using an Allen wrench, you can use the long end and spin the 90°end. It's much faster than using the 90° end. Once it's tight, then switch to the 90° end for torqueing. Easy peasy. 👍

Mexican Insurance is required by Mexican Law. It may not pay your claim but it will keep you out of jail if you get in an accident. Just sayin…you can get Mexican Liability insurance at Portugal Insurance in Penasco for $100/year
I go to Rocky point several times a year and having insurance there it is the law in Mexico. Just want to caution you in the event that you are in at accident and it is your fault you risk being held until there is a determination if it is your fault or what the situation may be You also risk your vehicle being impounded, possible jail time, along with a huge fine. Just FYI is better to get it than not because auto insurance in the US will not cover you in Mexico. They claim that some policies will cover you up to 20 miles however Rocky point aka Puerto penasco is further than 20 mi in. Being in a third world country it's not worth the risk to me because you are at the mercy of them should something happen.
Also the people at the stop sign with the red buckets they're collecting money for the Red Cross and for anybody who has been in Rocky point and had to go to the Red Cross like we did one time a kid that was with us got stung by a stingray it was very painful we took him to Red Cross they operate on donation only. As far as the windshield wipers yeah they're all over the place and if they told you $20 they were trying to rip you off because again you just throw them a buck or two if you want it done if you don't just know and go on your way. If you ever decide that you want to purchase insurance from Mexico I do have a reputable source for you.
