4. It would be nice to colour the letters, polish and clear coat the door sign. BUT you have so many more important things to do before you start on the details. 👍👍

5. There is no doubt that it is going to be beautiful when finished, but with all you talked about today, what type of budget, and time frame do you think it's going to cost, and take?
   |Also just one thing i saw. if you're going to make one room for 12 bed, I don't think I'd have a toilet in the same room.
   I do like how everything you do you're filming, 🙂

6. Great idea and floorplan, but this will cost so much, you need to win the lottery, to finish this project it's going to cost a few hundred thousand euros.

8. If you intend to have 12 trainees plus yourselves plus possibly a few 'officers', you will need more toilets and showers.

10. Hope without a plan is just a wish. You are doing things correctly and you should be proud. As a suggestion, with the extra space in the engine room, you may want to consider having a workshop were tools and other items may be stored as well as where things can be repaired during an extended sail. 17. Daniel I have paused the video at 11 mins to post this as you've drawn a very good layout of the proposed plans but Im struggling mentally to place things with regards to the current floorplan.
    Could you perhaps produce a new drawing with both the old and new layouts side by side to let us visualise it in terms of bulkhead placement and engine room layout etc it doesn't need to be architecturally perfect, lets just say easy to follow.

23. 😊Thanks i did oversleep a bit .I do remember it's a 12 hour difference between us so it is noon here and midnight there I do really like your planes for all your changes .and your future planes on what you want to use Flying Coney for .who knows sometime in the future you may need a cook and general maintenance person on board for one of your races I do have some experience in both areas .

24. I have been watching your videos from the beginning and in the beginning you mentioned that you have been racing Nacras. May I ask? I have often been wondering what you're experience with offshore sailing is. And also here where I live any kind of commercial vessel that does chartering needs to have a licensed captain depending on the number of guests and size of the vessel. Are you a licensed captain and on what kind of boats have you worked before?

28. Seeing your plans for "Flying Coney". she looks to be very suited to your operational plans, well done. Yes it is going to be a lot of work, but it will pay big dividends in the long run. As much as you are itching to be on the water, don't rush the work, do it right the first time.
