Sailing fast is all about technique. That boat of yours can take a lot more power so load it up to get it running faster. Reefing is for day sailors. Although the additional waterline will help Parlay Colin’s boat has got a fat arse. You can beat it.

I believe you are right. If you had folding props it would of helped. A knot or knot and a half doze make a difference.

Warren and Erica, I love the videos. I’ve been following a long time but this is the first time I’m commenting. I’ve noticed a few times in your videos that in French Polynesian ports the buoys are not always “red right returning” like they are in the US. I’m I noticing that correctly and how do you know if you are coming at night? I suppose maybe it’s on the charts that way but I just assumed that it was a worldwide standard.
