Lovely to see how you filet the fish… then you give the best part to the dogs… That sperm is a real delicacy, or it used to be ( in The Netherlands), My father would deep fry it. first pull through an egg, flower it and then sprinkle with breadcrumps… fry in pan with butter 4-5 minutes or deepfry., a bit of salt… yummy (It may be I am getting ancient and its no longer very popular it was also rather expensive last time i visited one of these fish stands that sold it.
But No wonder the dogs loved it. Next time try it for yourelf…think of it…its caviar…
