2. Charlie, this is starting to sound more and more like "The Assistant to the Assistants Assistant" for a ticket grab? I'm glad Yadi is with the organization……But is he really going to have any say on anything?

4. Yadi is much to do about nothing. What the hell is his R&R? Fully believe Yadi and Albert's leadership was sorely missed last year and part of the reason why the Cardinals tanked. But the Cardinals need clubhouse leadership and that is the missing link.

6. Some good points being made here. I'm very happy with Yadi coming back to the Cards, it's where he belongs. Could you imagine him coaching for another team? That would look so unnatural for lack of a better word. I just hope it's not too soon. A high pressure situation, as he's going to have to deliver immediately, or his chances of being a part of the Cardinals organisation in any capacity in future are going to be ruined forever.

7. Regarding Yadi being the next manager, being a great player doesn’t mean that will translate to being a great manager.

13. This sounds vaguely like when Red Schoendienst managed. He was endeared by the fans who remember him from his playing days. Heck, he managed off and on over three decades. That does not even take into account the other positions he held with the club. One of which was an assistant to the GM.

14. I remember Yadi saying he's had other offers, and we've heard he wants to manage someday. We've seen this before, and I wonder why he's not taking over this year. The only thing that makes sense is that he's not ready to commit yet. Eventually, it'll all play out, but it seems sloppy.

16. What the h*ll? The special assistant 2 the regional manager wasn't a real job until Michael told Dwight it was a real job. Dwight earned that job after YEARS!
