That is one of the reasons I love to travel vicariously through you. Rain, fog, snow, or cold you go full steam ahead and enjoy yourselves (providing you are not stuck in you cabin editing) And I learned to not drink my coffee without pausing your videos. Those are not big enough to called Ships in my opinion although we call them rivership in Dutch officially. But the one in Amsterdam going through the canals is definitely a boat not a schip

The Dutch created the rijstafel as a way for colonists to sample the many different spice-filled dishes from different regions of Indonesia.
Rijstafel is a parade of small plates, all accompanied by rice. The main and side dishes are put on the table at the same time, and everyone can create their own menu. The dishes can be spicy, sticky, and sweet. Sooooo good!

The canal tour is a highlight. We saw a couple making whoopie in a houseboat with the curtains wide open!
Amsterdam is so beautiful! And I think I would have cried seeing the house where Anne Frank and her family were hidden. So much history!
