28. I know that this is just way to random question from me yet listening to the talk: does the client tell us, what font to use, what color to use, what shape to use? Can he like suggest, or force? Because then they do not need us, at this point they need just someone to do that what they have in their head and it does not matter what we present them as the brand (the whole package, logo, font, colors etc.).

30. I have never “fit in”. I guess I’m finally at 56 yo embracing that! I had a customer apologize her daughters hair was not brushed that morning. Before I even thought about it I said: “Yeah, I mostly NEVER brush my hair, I just throw it in a ponytail first thing every morning!😂😂😂”

35. Unbelievable! So much great insights. The more I go through of crafting my personal branding, the more complex it gets. I initially thought that it's about visually appealing style and organization but there's more to it. I've got a long way but I guess I just have to push through and enjoy the process.

    While watching and listening, trying to absorb such as much information as I can. I now think that personal branding is somewhat about self-governing, self-discovery and leadership that's within you, your value proposition, beliefs, how do you see yourself and how do you want people to see you and how do you want to influence them while not giving in to the fear of what people saying what "you should do." Once the personal brand has developed a strong foundation and gets influential, it then goes from "I" to "we" and "our" shared within the brand cult. Not sure if I'm making sense with my throughts right now. hahaha

42. I have been working as a cook for 27 years, mainly because I believed it was my forte. Over the past 10 years, I have built a reputation for myself, opened multiple award-winning restaurants, but I have been the most unhappy person. I tried to blame the industry and the partners who took advantage of me throughout the years. Two months ago, I lost my restaurant due to abusive partners. Since then, I have been feeling depressed and angry, constantly reflecting on those negative experiences and trying to find my true identity.
