6. Yeah heck (being civil), like others have said and you have mentioned in videos past about this exact eventuality. Sooner than I expected but opportunities come your way or a family in this case. I know it was a lot harder to finalize the sale, the transfer of ownership than what the video showed. The world, life, continues to turn, moving on to new life experiences, I wish you both the very best. I'm glad I wrote this to you both because now I'm happy.
