Might also be rocking forward and backward, thanks for feedback
Guess who's back, back again? Igor's back, tell a friend! 😉
If you were to judge, was it a perfect sailing day? 😉
Hi Igor. Is this boat can go 30% from the wind speed. Am I right? I’m asking because I search optimal cruising cat.
Been waiting for you to review a Leopard. Thanks for the video
That's one way to spend the winter. Great video Igor!
Happy New Year to all the subscribers of Igor!
Happy Sailing Captain Igor!!!
Good video Igor. I am glad you took locals advice but most importantly used your experience to know that the passage will just be fine. Many NA sailors and boat people are way too conservative and scared to do any real sailing unless they sail under 100% ideal conditions. They like getting stuck in the weeds of their training constraints holding them back from actual experience and they love talking about how much they cant do it and how much you shouldn't either.
Brilliant sailing and super informative as usual Igor. Looks like Great Sale Cay was a rocket / satellite tracking station back in the day. 👍
i love Igor's channel. better than the others. the other sailing channels seem to have become Softporn Doodles recently 😉
800 hp ?
review a mumby 48!
in the Bahamas now, there were sailboats waiting for weeks to cross because of the hyper-conservative "no north component" rule. Such a simple-minded generalization. We waved at them all anchored off Miami as we left in December for one of the best crossings we've had. I think some are still waiting 🙂
Thanks Igor. Interesting adventures as always. And thanks for the boat review ☀⛵ ⚡
Right On MF! You have built a great life for yourself!
Igor, with you I would cruise anywhere (well, almost anywhere).
I have lived in Hawaii, California and Florida. People in Florida just dont experience high surf and seas like CA and Hawaii so their idea of rough seas or high seas might not conform to others. However, the day you went was pretty calm compared to how rough it "can" get in that area. I have seen far worse in that area than what you experienced.
Have you ever sailed a Gunboat catamaran? If so, what was it like..
Great video, interesting review on the Leopard 50. I don't get the idea of a 3rd sun deck. The other two are already fabulous. It just adds extreme weight and makes the thing top heavy.
A performance boat it isn't, after watching Sailing AWEN just vlog daily across the Atlantic on an Outremer 52, and getting 10 to 12 knots in 15 knots wind.
I agree with you that the foot control on the electric winches are not great. They can be stepped on accidentally, and get lost in the sheets. Easy to wrap around a foot and create an accident. I look forward to your next videos.
Great vid thanks. Refreshing to watch pure sailing videos.
Interesting vid again .
Might want to revise the HP claim at 4.30 min. "Twice 800HP " ! Opps
I feel as I was there!
🐻💙💙💙💯
Is this a vacation trip or did you het hired as a skipper?
A very nice video. Looking forward to parts 2-4! However, as for myself, the Croatian Adriatic coast is much more beautiful and exciting.
Awesome! Let me know if you need crew. I'm in West Palm Beach
Super great video. I am looking forward to see 3 other parts. Great job and good luck.
Thank you Igor for making these great videos! 🙏
Great video
That's my dream of Sailing ❤
1:35:18 – are you sure you said beach?? hahaha lol
Really cool tec. to track a rain squall ! You seem to really like the Leopard since you are normally pointing out more things you would change.
Go sail it hate a boat tour damn
Excellent. A great virtual crew ride along.
We visited West End when it was Jack Tarr resort.
