Great watch and a great insight into you guys, don't worry about the age gap, there is 16 years difference in me and my partner. We met when she was 23 and we are happier now than ever after 19 years. Nice video. For ideas about exercise while living on a boat, check out YT channel Sailing Holly Blue. Family (H, W, 2c) living on a sail boat and sailing Greek Isles. She is yoga/aerobics instructor online. Does yoga, swims, run and walks on shore. Might be some ideas in some of their YT videos.
It just takes meeting again at the right time and for a girl to be in the right place mentally to accept and appreciate being treated well and loved. I used to think it was a no brainer a girl would want that but they honestly don't and once they get kicked around enough, grow to love it and reciprocate.

I think people see a sure-footed type A Captain, and take the impression that Bobby’s grumpy. No, he’s the Captain…he knows exactly what needs to get done, and that requires an executive mindset. He’s been a Captain of commercial aircraft full of passengers and crew, of entire flotillas of sailors and crew crossing open water in heavy seas. That speaks VOLUMES about his character and his, as I said earlier, sure-footedness as a Captain.
In the world of pleasure sailing, I think that role of Captain gets glossed over with the cocktails and bikinis, but the reality is that Bobby is responsible for every soul on board. He has to be able make curt decisions that take everything into account for everyone’s safety. That’s a massive responsibility that requires Bobby’s exact mindset.
