Your dam lasted 6 years without doing any additional maintenance! Good job my friend… there dam(s) will of course have high rock walls on the side of each bank! Using rocks and small boulders with some cement should create a nice water fall with nice relaxing sounds and a deeper pool behind the dam! Anyway… I would still try and enjoy it for 6 years!
That meal looked pretty good to me! 😎🥰
It's Bungle in the jungle, cooking Mofongo! 😆
Very nice guys. Using resources on your property. Love the videos.
great choice of music for this episode, loved it! Will you return to sailing at some future date? This land/farm thing is as good or better. Wish you continued success in developing and upgrading your PR adventure! Learn EspaÑol!
Please fry those platanos and then mash them in a mortar and pestal. add some salt and pepper and some crushed pork rinds, mold into a small ball and enjoy with your catch. I believe those are called chagaras. Ask you local friends. We caught them under rocks in the river when I was younger,
mountain lobster is another name for crawfish or crawdads. lol
Hey guys… My family had a property in the mountains of Maricao, PR. Very similar river like the one you guys have ran through the property. My dad and uncles used to catch a lot of those fresh water shrimp and "chagaras". Now a couple of them will wait down the river with nets while the others moved rocks and walked the river… The shrimp moved from rock to rock trying to hide ending up in the net. They used to catch so much of those sweet shrimps to fill up a very large pot. Awesome memories from the island! thank you for posting. By the way the moment I saw the plantains my thought was "Mofongo"…. LOL I think I saw in the video "malanga" in the video… Guys, so much can be eaten from your property!!!!!!! Enjoy!
Muffungo? I had all I could shove down my neck, when last I cruised Margaritaville. But the butter freshwater shrimps… Matt, (if I can call ya Matt…), brother…. Listen to me now… the butter shrimps … genius.
Mufongo is hittin' 😂
The end of the video 😅

John 1:12-13
King James Version
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Gods blessings over you .

Have you seen the Chinese girl on YouTube the things she can do with bamboo a farm girl growing all sorts of foods to sale 😋
I am surprised that she doesn't have a pocket knife Matthew you better buy her a pocket knife every person should have a pocket knife in their pocket it is a tool to get through life with a pocket knife can kill your food and fillet your food then you can cook with it and it can be your utensil when it comes time to eat your food get her a good one and make sure she has it in her pocket every day
