LISTEN! A good carpenter makes mistakes. A better carpenter knows how to hide them! PS Isn't that little palm router the most wonderful gadget? Your work looks top notch!
What a beautifull episode, maybe one of the best………daddy teaches his son and son is willingly to learn. Count your blessing!!!!!!!! Absolutely great!!
Hope Jzck has fun learning ABOUT boats snd yachts. I Have thought he is going to spend alot of his life at sea and on boats.
Are you guys ever going to go sailing?
How often do you see this "Father & Son" project..Outstanding …
It's so nice to see Andy working with Jack as a team. Jack is growing up so fast, he is a great help already, and Ollie, ìt sure doesn't seem like hes 8 mo, already. This was such a good video.
work well done great work everyone Jack picked it up very well
The boats really coming on now looking good 👍
Nice work guys. Jack sure picked up the handling of power tools pretty quickly. You'll be off before you know it!
I,ve unsubscribed now, not my thing its getting tedious
Have you found and fixed all the leaks now ? There's nothing worse on a yacht than salt water damp berths to sleep on.
A great episode. Congratulations on the seat tops, they look great. Jack is becoming a great apprentice, with a great teacher 👏🏻
Like a film beatiful music!
What are you going to put under each piece of foam to provide an air gap for ventilation to avoid dampness from condensation ?
More great musical choices that somehow enliven yet calm the spirit at the same time — thanks!
Nice work Jack
Hello Mr. Andy, Your eldest son is growing very quickly and the other one is not far behind, by the time you finish the repairs the eldest will be able to stand guard well sitting in the Cockpit in the mornings
Future Captain Jack
yea buddy learn that boy some skills good kid
Well done team!!
With Jacks knowledge and future skills I can see him sailing his very own Vessel some day… LG Canada.
Great work chaps!
Andy, with Jack's help this project turned out beautifully. Great to have an extra 15mm for resting on those fantastically thick and generous foam that Melissa is generating for comfort. We can't believe Ollie is 8 months old, where does the time go? Another fantastic episode as The Family rebuilds Melody inside and out prior to your world tour afloat. Wishing all a Happy New year!
Go team go great job
Another brilliant video. It's great to see Jack working with you and gaining skills and knowledge Andy. That is teaching the best way. Amazing amount of work done as usual. Jack is becoming quite a handyman already. Not forgeting Mellisa with the foam work. Keep well and safe. James.
Excellent Video
Great job Jack.👍
Dear Melissa, Andy, Oliver and captain Jack,
This episode was for WIlleke and me the most lovable of all up till now because we saw the whole family Bennington Turner working very hard to make Ocean Melody very comfortable but the most we loved to see was how eager Jack wants the ship ready to live on board as soon as possible so he can be a real captain. It was also amazing to see how Jack did love to help Andy in such a clever way and presumably with a great interest in technology. You must be more than proud with Jack.
We look forward to your next vlog and send you love from the Netherlands
Good job Jack and Poppa !!! Looks great. Looking forward to seeing the cushions installed, too.
Coming along nicely,good work crew
Nice job good to see jack in the team with is dad ❤
Some nice family DIY!!🎉❤❤❤ and one sleeping during the shifts..for now one and the same😅❤
Good job on your repairs, glad you’re passing skills on to Jack 👍
Lovely, that reminds me so much of my dad and me working together on our house!
Nice to see!
Lovely to see Jack joining in the work, such a lovely young lad you must be very proud of him.
Jack the Joiner.
First of all Jack you did a fantastic job on your workmanship storage and seating. Melissa definitely those cushions are going to be sooo!!! Comfortable and look outstanding I bet. Andy again a great video with the added part of Melissa on the cushions.
And and Melissa I have a question? Now the head gear Jack is wearing(Sorry do not know proper name) is it worn 7 days 24 hours per day. Reason I ask is. When you are sailing out in the Big Blue the salt spray atmosphere will it not be damaging to it. My understanding through other YOUTUBE channels is salt is very damaging to electronics. Cell phones, computers(Laptops) ect.
I am sure Jack will be out in the Ocean spray and swimming (I guess then it will be removed?)
I am just wondering if this has been thought of. Sorry if I am seeming insensitive or ignorant in asking, but I hope me asking isn't coming out in that way. If it is I apologize.
Again Jack marvelous job and Aladino will be proud of you as well.
Looking forward to next video cheers
Well done, Jack!
Thanks, too, to Melissa for the family news update
Great to see you teaching Jack woodworking. He seems to be a natural, great technique. Just so he learns the correct terms, that joint you made is a lap joint. A mortise is a hole that a tenon fits into.
Another wonderful episode ❤ thank you all 👍🏼😎
Nice work on the benches👍🏻
Really great to see Melissa doing her thing and Capt Jack doing some stirling work. He’s a credit to you both Andy. Good to see your much more relaxed without your old work commitments and concentrating on the boat. Wonderful episode. At 20:11 your second cross batten was 45mm not 45cm…..just in case the Captain got confused ? Good luck all, stay safe.
Jack is a real star. Useful education on the tools, but be mindful that this is your dream, not necessarily his. I am sure it is, but very much worth checking on a regular basis.
Still no video of Ollie…
It is nice to see Jack learning both types of measure. It is good that the next generation can hold on to the old Imperial system.
Jack says to self "Self, I could figure this out for myself but Dad feels better if he shows me. So I will just let him."
