3. I’m quite proud of myself. As I’m watching these survival videos I pause them and ask myself what is the best thing to do. This one I didn’t give up hope once they said a beacon had found the boat AND.. then I said to myself all they have to do is study the currents and there they are. I WAS going to get mad if they called the search off during the night because that’s just cruel. To call the search off for anybody is to assume you are there and know what’s happened. You can be SO WRONG!!! I wouldn’t want that onMY conscience.!!

4. I had hoped that when the boat finally filled with water Roger would be easily able to get out because there was no longer a current sucking in water and preventing him from exiting. He would have to take a last deep breath. I would have dived down to assist him up too.

20. I watch thz docuseries often. Y n the ocean disasters they have the foggiest notion the absolute value of a working beefed up radio.?! 60 mi out u shud be communicating at least every 10,15,20 miles smh I don't gt it?! Lol

OK, technology has given us smoke detectors, radon detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, motion detectors, etc. Why don't boats/yachts etc. have a sensor of some kind that send signals out that a boat is sinking/sunk/underwater? (I spoke too soon, program said they do).. Also, a miniature megaphone or bullhorn should be attached to every life jacket.. Better yet, a waterproof pouch on the life jacket that has waterproof lighters, flares, fresh water (can you tell I'm very analytical with an inventors mind?)

22. I know one thing, id quietly be keeping my legs up and crossed as much as possible, let other legs get nibbled instead 😂😂😂

23. So sad Roger lost his life. He was a hero! The others survival is a miracle. God had his hand on them.
