WE WANT TO KNOW: What is your opinion on underwater lights? Safety, luxury or completely kitsch?
Good thing to change the direction as these eelgrass filters are made to be installed the reverse way you originally install it. Remember, when all else fails, read the instructions.
Underwater lights are great. We had them and we enjoyed them. They are also a safety item.
Underwater lights big yes. I noticed when MP was in that bow locker you have not as yet changed the lock round on the lid yet I would hate to see that drop shut and you couldn't get out and I notice that is not on your list to do. Its getting very close now you must be getting excited.
life preservers radio fill gas/water some food docking pole fenders lines shouldn't wait on these
Ben – I've been a marine engineer all my life. You now have the raw water scoop fitted correctly. Powerboats fwd, sailboats AFT! Your yacht when motoring will not have a high enough speed to create any suction problems. Relax! You now have it the right way round!
NeverSayDie!!…'💙'.. keep up the great work…'💙'.. many blessings!
Ben was saying he was going to turn the latch on the forward hatch around so if the hatch fell down with somebody inside, they wouldn't be locked in. U.W. Lights are a good idea for night diving. It'll keep a few fish awake, but. Thanks m8s, and crew, stay vertical Eh!
I saw you load 50m of anchor chain, not enough! before you worry about cleaning it which is one of the jobs you have listed, decide how much chain you need. If you intend to go to coral areas then no rope! a vessel needs three times the depth for anchor rode in ordinary conditions. Once the wind picks up then scope should be five times the depth and if it goes to seven times the depth you might be better off in bed ashore. many places you anchor will be 20m deep or 6 or more fathoms so 50m of chain is not enough. good to see each day progress, keep up the god work.
Hi MP. The wires can get snagged and broken. Run them through some cheap conduit / Plastic pipe. This also means your bulkheads can be easily sealed and you can add more wires easily later on.
Sailboat inlet faces back, powerboat faces forward.
So you must have a date to splash? Let us in on it please 😊
What will be the next step in rebuilding this boat and what will be the comments about it? It must be difficult working on something with so many spectators.
Another enjoyable episode – Thanks. What I most liked was you working together: lovely to see a lovely couple.
And bye for now Louique. The call of adventure and travel is strong and right. Enjoy your travels and see you soon,
Cheers from Vancouver

I think it makes sense to have a list if for no other reason motivation!!
Under water lights, not necessary. Lightning ground’s MIGHT work, lightning experts at University Florida all agree, nothing will protect in all lightning strikes
Another step closer. 👍
Hi Guys, great vid, I am concerned about you forgetting to change the chain locker latch position to lever on deck side not the door side so that you can not get trapped. Keep up great work. Cheers
You two are a fantastic couple.
A shroud around the propshaft please
Are you remembering to swap the chain locker hasp around so it doesn’t shirt and lock with somebody in
there
"Hey! Leave me in the dark now!"
For future reference: epoxy resin makes a chemical and mechanical bond to surfaces. Polyester is just mechanical. You can make a strong bond to polyester surfaces with epoxy. It is more difficult to get old poly to stick to new. Good luck! You could have done it all with epoxy. It'll probably hold. Cheers!!
