Your next boat build should be a wood sailboat…
Boat building is NOT for those craving instant gratification….
Arggghhhh more sanding…
lovely boat BTW.
Only the French can use the analogy of poop for the resin consistency and get away with it
Nice!! Took me nearly 11yrs to build my wooden boat with a buddy. It weighs a few tons and is almost impossible to take anywhere. Mainly because everyone will ask 100 questions about it.
The episode was great fun. Maybe it should be titled; Fun With Poop! 💩. Happy Sunday!
I'm a very bad man. I only saw the video title in passing as I was clicking around and the first four words made my mind go VERY DIFFERENT PLACES than the rest of the title 😅🤣
Leave the girls alone for five minutes 🙄lol!
Stitch it together with copper wire, then epoxy and fiberglass to hold it all together. My son built a small john boat using that technique.
I watched Tula build their boat here. Beautiful when finished as I'm sure this one will be. I hope things are moving along on a way to continue your project. Sophie looks fun to be around.
Yay! You're back! Thanks for the fun video. FWIW, I don’t mind seeing more sanding and faring. Any progress is good progress.
Reminds me of building my PT11 nesting dinghy a few years ago!
What is better than your favorite weekly youtube fix? Getting a twin fix of the best two ladies. Thanks Jessica
You don't even know how cool you are.
That will be a great runabout boat. Don’t worry about repetitive content that’s just the reality of DIY boat building and it’s what prospective builders need to see👍
ok im unsubscribing too much faffing around and i would rather watch paint dry. goodluck
Jessica sanding? Never seen that before. hahaha
My Gawd, Sophie is so FUNNY… LMAO
I can't stop laughing…
Woah! They are works of art!
(Edit: Sophie is fantastic! Her thickness control is exemplary. And hilarious)
We were really impressed with this build. Wondering where Sofie was these past weeks and now we know, will be great to see the final product. Remembering, when I worked at Northshore Boat Works, we called the filler, goop. Things change over the years, I gather. Thanks for sharing and hope to see more of this amazing spread.
I've lived here for 25 years and I can still get lost in Annapolis! That said, I had no idea CLC existed, that looks like a fun way to while away the chilly winter months AND have an awesome looking "toy" to show for it! Definitely going to look into this, since I've put my sailing plans on indefinite hold. Thanks Jessica & Sophie for showing me a new way to blow a bunch of $$$ LOL!
Should it be called an excremental boat?
Taking a break from sanding and fairing to sand and fair. Nice.
All of a sudden, we've become a fetish channel?😅
I just gave you guys a thumbs up. Hearing Sophie texplain the name of the epoxy. Made too many jokes come to mind.
