At 400+ degrees, the water actually separtes back into Hydrogen and Oxygen and with the pressure being so great, fuses the molecules back again expelling heat and giving you that cold mist. Remember, liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen exist in a gaseous / liquid state at sub zero degrees!
i know we'd all love to assist but as you say, the reality is!!! Never mind that, it wold be an insurance nightmare. These young people are looking for someplace to belong and that is the sad thing. We must pray for all of them..
