3. 40 lbs rucksack for an hour up and down hill twice a week keeps me super fit.
   It takes a bit of toll on the spine but back stretches helps a lot.

Have to give that walk a go not far from me (ebbwvale) remember discovering Ponstic as a kid on my moped lovely spot , I’ve been following Eddie abbew tank with the real foods and fasting and enjoying it lost a stone so far ,and exercise from the mountains we have around us odd gym session that’s enough for me at 53

10. Thanks, Tank, for a great video of beautiful countryside. Walking is excellent exercise, and you are right about ankle support with good sturdy boots. We have just had over a metre of snow fall in two days here in Canada, so hikes are not for the faint of heart just now. Soon though, we will be able to follow your example. Be well, thanks again!

15. Enjoyed this one, Lee. I think I speak for a lot of subscribers it's nice to see videos like this as we just enjoy videos of you ,my fitness could be a lot better, but I do get out and walk the dog out side of camping, plus my job does keep me strong but not fit😂.
