The excitement builds! Can't wait to see your next round of adventures!
Fair Winds guys.
⛵⛵⛵⛵⛵
Not a clue what kind of accent you were attempting to do but great to see your progress! 😂
You definitely have the boat set up well Ben. I will testify to that for you !!
Bahamas again? Time to diversify!
Love the grill mod. I also thought the "marine" grills were a waste of money and I found a stainless steel Char Broil table top grill for like $80 and drilled a few holes in the legs, added some clamps and have been using it on the back of my boat for around 4 yrs. Granted lake sailing isn't near as hard on things as what you're doing. Glad you all are back and looking forward to the season. Good luck!
Why not tow the dinghy sometimes ?
That dinner must taste especially good when you know you're on the way to the Bahamas.
I look forward to your family adventure and of course, the ongoing maintenance that is part of the journey. But almost always, the best part of any episode is Molly's smile. Well, both the ladies…:)
I’m glad to see you are using a jiggly syphon. What a great tool. Btw, how does the anchor sail work? Is it large enough for your boat?
Kudos on the clever grill mount. You can move and mount that to any railing. Stern rail, bow sprit, dinghy rail (if it had one). Curious if tiffany's by the sea carries the Weber. The last time I was in there it was all Magma stuff.
Love the physical fitness cap. Is he a veteran?
Very good cowboy, that's how I like to see you, let's tame that bull. Greetings to your family, especially your first officer, Miss Molly. My daughter Juana is the same age, you can imagine… but she doesn't really like being a first officer, rather a diner. 😏
You had me worried there, I thought you said you were "In denial". Nice when everything just works. Just waiting for the new sailing season on this side of the pond and working on the upgrades.
It would seem that your weather hadn't warmed up much during this part of your voyage South. Just how do you heat the interior while underway? Loved that Honda generator starting on the first pull. Who said they lost the war? Did the water maker work OK ? Surprised you made any water while still in the Coastal, looks kind of sketchy to say the least! That shaker syphon really looked like it did the job very nicely too!
When I began watching the video I was concerned you might have become a Nihilist, but as I continued watching it became apparent you are just a wild and crazy guy.
When do you leave for the Nile?
Great to be with you, again. (Nice intro.) 😂😎💕💕💕
If you shake it more than twice , you’re playing with it. 😂I worked in a photo lab (yes I’m old) and the difference between men and women was that men tapped the chemical spout a couple of times and the women didn’t.
Good to see you gotten her wet. Safe travels.
I like your grill solution. I’ve had a couple of Magmas and have been very disappointed with their performance and longevity, especially considering the premium cost. Might try your solution next time.
Another project to do would be to make coveres for all your fuel jugs. We found uncovered the sun will crack the tanks usually at the handles in about two to three years of exposure. Great video.
Nothing like the sound of NO engine!
So happy to see you back on the water! Enjoyed this very much but will make one observation for you. While moving the gasoline container towards the generator avoid sliding it on the fiberglass surface, it builds a lot of static electricity, as does the plastic siphon hose. I like you guys, so – be careful out there.
