    Subject: Americans at risk in Columbia – 23 year old College Student Kidnapped and Robbed from Airbnb

    I am the Mother of the victim. On 2/24/24 at 3 am in Bogota, Columbia. Twandale Robinson (U.S Citizen)-(living in Las Vegas, Nevada)(Height:5"7 Weight:125lbs Hair color/length: Dark brown and shoulder length Eye color: Brownish Hazel ) 23 year old male ASU online college student was robbed and kidnapped from his Airbnb. It is suspected his girlfriend Saula Aguilar (colombian national age 22) (Height: Approx 5"5 Hair color/length:Dyed black with blonde streaks and shoulder length Eye color:Dark brown) was taken as well. As neither of them have been heard from. We have been unable to reach Twandale.

    Complete sequence of events: On 2/24 at 12:05 am PST Twandale sent his mother Kameke Cosby $10USD via Cash App. This was a strange occurrence. So his sister Dawnyce Robinson texted him at 12:07 am asking why he was awake as it was 3 am CO time and why did he send $10? There was no response. 10 minutes after his Find my IPhone location was removed from their family group. (We have the last location the phone was at).

    Since then we have not heard from him and his cards have been used at multiple locations, a few hours later a Galaxy phone and a different Iphone reset his AppleID password, one of his emails, and his PayPal account. After that the same Galaxy phone disabled the Find my IPhone App, allowing it to be reused.

    This has been reported to our Local Las Vegas FBI office, the Dept of State was called, the Colombian U.S Embassy, and the local Colombian police department was notified and a police report created. Both the FBI and Embassy operators created reports and they stated we should hear back from case workers. We have not heard back just yet. We will continue to update you all with any additional news and evidence that we can during this time.

    The family, friends, and coworkers of Twandale Robinson would greatly appreciate this information being shared with the public. We do not have confirmation of his current whereabouts nor condition. We want all U.S travelers to be aware that direct targeted attacks are happening to us in ALL of Columbia, not just Medellin. We do not want anyone else's family nor children to be victims of such heinous violent crimes.

29. I went sailing with a group of off duty DEA agents. We anchored on a deserted small island/ sand bar in the Gulf of Mexico. We started a fire and cooked the just caught fish. Out of nowhere a man showed up walked into our to our camp. We talked for a while and offered him a beer. He drank it and left. All the agents got out their Glock .40 calibers and check the chambers and magazines. I asked what’s going on. The agents said that everything that man said was a lie and we need to have one person awake on shifts. Nothing happened that night but to be prepared is to be properly armed.
