Very professional report on sad subjects. The three escapees hopefully will be charged and convicted. Why they didn't put them out unharmed in a life raft is beyond my comprehension. Such a shame the engineer didn't follow safety protocols. Hope all who see this will take safety around electricity to heart in the future. Prayers for family and friends of the life lost and the couple missing and presumed lost.

His name was Roy Temme, a good friend to many, a dedicated husband and father and one of the best Engineers I have had the privilege to have known for 31 years. Please get the facts right before broadcasting.

Had a brother who was a MEBA Engineer aboard US Flagged ships after dong same for the USN for many years. Same as Stetsonhatman and said so several times. He used to think all the safety stuff was BS, until he started hearing stories for 1st and 2nd Engineers… Me? Computer geek, I won't even mess with capacitors with taking care…
Poor guy, my thoughts go to his family. I just hope the billionaire looks after his partner (if he had one) and his family that suffered the loss. Terrible loss if the US couple have been killed, again my thoughts go to the family.

Rip Mr Temme. Terrible also about that couple killed in their yacht by idiot escaped criminals. Others said that yachts in that area are often ribbed and need to hire local security to keep them safe esp at night while sleeping.
