What's the rush, there was enough wind to sail, I've sailed in less (maybe that's why my family hate sailing with me, I'll avoid turning on the motor even in glassy conditions, if there's wind I sail 😂)
I guess we'll find out next week what the rush was 🤞

So enjoy watching this beautiful little boat. It seems to me that one of the great benefits is its versatility … with the relatively shallow twin keel arrangement it is able to navigate into shallow waters as in this vid, yet should be capable of crossing oceans single handed
Thanks for the update. We’re having similar weather here in Montreal … warm enough for me to ride my bicycle a couple of times. First outdoor rides of 2024 … feels great to be out in the sunshine and listening to the first redwing blackbirds! With any luck I might get out for an early spring sail next month! OMG. Right through my cruising ground. Still Pond was my fathers destination when sailing out of the Sassafras. It was a daysail, we would anchor there and they actually had a swing tied to the top of one of the trees, you could swing over the water and drop in…. This as late 70s early 80s.

Nice video! My parents owned the B&B overlooking the entrance from 92-2004 i think it was. Great Oak Manor. Been a while since I have seen that beautiful scenery
