2. Beautiful video but not believable. The video shows this one couple as the only people on the ship, in the restaurant, and at Ocean Cay. The Yacht Club experience is wonderful but MSC needs to show the real experience not this fake one.

6. MSC Scam?

   Via Amex Travel, I recently booked a last minute MSC cruise on the Seashore leaving Port Canaveral this coming Sunday, July 7 (our first MSC cruise). I booked the YC Deluxe Suite for about $3200/pp. No problem there. Several days later, I received an offer to upgrade to the Royal Suite for $3750/pp (so an additional $550/pp). I placed my bid. Several days later, my bid was accepted. Here’s the problem—it’s actually an additional $3750/pp on top of the $3200/pp I already paid, not the difference between the two fares. So now I’ve paid over $12,000 for a week’s cruise. I’m beside myself at this. The email was so misleading as it no where indicated it was in addition to. If it had been a clear, well written email I never would have bid. Who pays that much for a cruise—not us.

   I called and emailed MSC. They’ve ignored me. I called my travel agent at Amex Travel,. What agent learned from talking with MSC is that they wrongfully sold my information to a third-party company to solicit upgrade bids from customers. MSC admitted that no one was allowed to change the reservation except Amex Travel, but they changed it anyway. MSC refused to transfer him to a supervisor. MSC refuses to refund the additional fare. I just want my original booking at the original price.

I am an crew member of MSC cruises company just to be honest regarding my worst experiences in MSC cruises company that there are so many di$¢rimin@tion, $l@Very, bull¥ing, ®@ci$t , verbal r@©ist speech and action ®@©ist behaviour. Muhammad Hussein el Ammar , carlo Cacace , maria Lima Brazilian HR , Antonio carotenuto and a Peru man HR are managers have done di$¢rimin@tion and r@¢i$t verbally and action, he always states di$¢rimin@tion and r@ci$t speech against Asian crew members while daily meetings and briefing with all crew members. In the work contract agreement is written that daily work hours duration maximum is 11 Hours but the reality is 15 hours more and the MSC cruises company doesn't knew it and pay our extra work hours. There are so many officers , hotel directors, deputy, captain and security officer does monkey businesses on board by approaching and intense touch to someone and assengers to F*¢K and gave them rewards with free beverages package, free cabin upgrade and many more. MSC cruises company is the wor$t cruise company in the world. I suggest you to go vacation on Royal Caribbean, Xelebrity , Disney, Cunard, virgin Voyage cruise, Holland America line.
