Lovely yacht , lovely introduction , awesome couple of narrators , my best choice at this time is to rent a yacht for a short trip , i havent tried the live on the water life yet , id like to dip a toe in gently with a knowledgeable couple and caption for the helm , before i upgrade my current yacht , a restored 1993 26' aquasport osprey , it might have to do for my yacht desires and long distance cruises , just roughening it ..😂

13. I live in NC and am looking for something just like this to keep berthed in Morehead since we sold our condo. Would definitely have to hit land during the winter though, lol. And I always worry about having to move it for the hurricanes.

22. Grew up my dad owned 20slip marina in Milwaukee River in third ward blocks away from Summerfest. He had a 1969 Richardson all aluminum plank 45 footer with rear Aft deck and rear owners cabin with two-gray marines that powered it was pretty cool was pretty clean vessel
    Oh and it had a pocket door also LOL

24. Dishwasher is mentioned quite a bit. Is a dish washer that important when you live on a boat with a very limited amount of space and small number of people? If my boat this size had a dishwasher, I'd be more than happy to remove it and put another fridge or even to have more storage space.

28. You COULD live a board, but unlike ANY kind of land based home, this one will continue to lose value. And while you're land-based home may cost more to begin with, it's unlikely to sink, where as this one…? Meanwhile, even if you're thinking about such a purchase–ask yourself two questions: A) what will it be worth when YOU decide to bail out and B) how happy were these two when they finally sold thiers?

29. I bought a boat to live on and it was great, for a while. You have to be prepared to spend more on upkeep, slip fees and utilities, etc. than a house. And unlike the fact that a house will appreciate in value, a boat won't. In other words, be prepared to lose all your investment!

30. Love your affordable yacht series. I know you guys have grown but stick with your roots, this series definitely identifies with a bigger audience and I miss seeing these affordable gems. Oh just one more critique. You should hold a raffle for Rico's Panerai. 😊. I would buy plenty of tickets.
