Nice boat. Hey there lottery ticket, what's up?
2:33 Tables are for glasses not asses.
Charter boat designed and built by accountants who will take no responsibility for return on your investment.
Isn't the biggest market for these models as charters in the Med? If so, the tiny hatches in the aft cabins really do not allow adequate ventilation.
Ok, so not to be critical but! I find the older "oceanis" models to be better built than most beneteau. This one however, seems not very ocean worthy… costal cruiser at best but id probably classify it as a lake boat…
Thanks for a really thorough overview, as usual, Toby.
It would be nice if more French boat makers were egalitarian and made more effort to make the lower end boats better designed or at least better styled inside. Yes, it costs a bit more to do good design, but given the higher number of boats built at the relative low end, those costs are spread out much more, and the incremental cost per boat is low.
In other words cheap boats don't need to look cheap, and it doesn't cost much more to make them look better in terms of design, given the high production volume.
Have Beneteau started making boats for sailors yet or are they still only making day cruisers and boats for dock princesses to instagram from?
Not my cup of tea, but I'm bigger and older. 30 year old me would have had a different point of view. I like the honesty of the review. It's a value production boat, and proud of that. It will Island hop with the best.
I wonder how you're supposed to have a sprayhood with the companionway opening just below the mainsheet traveler
Ikea interior makes this boat no good.
What is jumping around in the back of the engine room? Not the smoothest of engines….
Is it possible to get these hulls to planing ?
We have a 38 we e had since new and I don’t see anything here that would make us want to switch. We like the separate shower in our 3 cabin. The arch is nice and we’ve upgraded the lighting and many detail make it much nicer inside
320,000 Euros for that cheap, no frills, mass production boat? No way!
4:37 that really, litereally sucks
Not for the true sailor. More wrong than right with it.
Thank you for the revıew!
