Good presentation, I really enjoyed Shovel Knight and the demo for Mina, looking forward to the next Shovel Knight game.
I hope DX doesn't cost too much. 20 characters is a lot, but this is the third time they're selling the base game, plus so many platforms.

I am super excited for everything honestly. I will most probably end up playing DX for hundreds of hours. I honestly hope I don't go back to speedrunning due to it. 😀
About the Mina update: they actually mentioned further gameplay and a bigger trailer to release in the near future on the video description of the reupload of the segment. My hunch is that the next Trailer will feature a release window at the minimum.
Mannnn I need to whip out my 3ds sometime and finish treasure trove… Never finished plague knight, barely started the third one, and never even looked at the last one
DX is really exciting for me because I've been wanting to play some multiplayer Shovel Knight without playing as Shovel Knight since they released Plague. I've played through the base game exactly once, but I will play through DX so many times.

Hot Take: The Shovel Knight amiibo was overhyped. Sure it's cool that he got an official amiibo, but being billed as the "Megaton" announcement was kinda overwhelming. The PS and XBox got exclusive content in them, why couldn't the Nintendo console versions one up those versions with a Nintendo themed world?

Shovel of Hope dx looks like a good upgrade from the original, but I'm a bit confused why it's only the one campaign instead of the entirety of Treasure Trove. Even if the co-op or other characters wouldn't work well with the other three I would've at least appreciated the cheats list and online in Showdown
I've been thinking for years already they need to move on from the original game. As great as it was, it's been 10 YEARS and it's getting ridiculous how often they recycle it. Would have prefered a sequel/other new games by far over those endless DLCs/versions. I'm only interested in Mina the Hollower, finally something new, though it's taking its time…they could have finished it years ago though if it wasn't for all those SK variations. Hope they won't recycle that game then too for the next 10 years.

never played Dig or pocket dungeon, im tempted to get them since they're gonna be on sale. Hyped for Mina, as for DX i'll get it when my psvita with Shovel Knight on it dies lol. Seems like it's only Shovel of Hope ? it's my favorite campaign anyway so i dont care, but it seems weird to not do the others.
