5. That building had to have numerous fire prevention systems including sprinklers. The German authorities are pretty good investors and they will produce a report. Electrical fires are tough, and an industrial such as this are should have very strict fire regulations. You can bet the German equivalent of Fire Marshals and investigators from all of the insurance companies will be flocking to the site.

28. As a german facility manager with 30 years also "in the fire prevention service" I can say:
    The fire protection preventions laws in germany are the most high on this planet BUT not allways are done after the law. Law is: If a cabel-canal runs from one building to another there must be a special fire proof insolation around the cable canal with many meter in lenghts and a fire detection tool outside. Cabels are coverd with fire proove insolation-.
    If to much energy runs through a cable a over heating can happen BUT the smoke will be senserd by the technik. Also a "must have" a Gebäudeleittechnik- a IT controll system that warns if there is a problem with the energycabels.
    1: Where is the last security check dokomentation from a GO licenced comp?
    2: Where is the company led "Brandmeldezenrtale" a center where the signals went from the warning systems where a unit is watching day and night?
    3: Where is the comp owned factory fire team?
    Lürrsen had many fires in the past.
    That can be a warning for all customers or workers.
    In many news videos we can see that there ar many container "homes" for the seasonal hired workers form all over the world. That is not good.
    Smoking in a fire sensible eara is a joke but not imposible.

Dear Sir, I've been following you for two years now and I have LOVED your coverage of all things to do with superyachts but I am still missing one detail: What motivates someone to spend hundreds of millions of Euros or dollars on a superyacht? Most of these folks are shrewd business people and I have to wonder what they're getting from these extravagant expenditures especially given the lengths some of them are willing to go for privacy. Meaning I doubt they're doing it for publicity…so why buy a superyacht? I'd love to hear this story.
