Big up from Georgetown DC. Problem in is our corrupt leaders, if they're not selfish, thieves, no country xan compare to Africa, even all what's going we thriving. I have 7 houses in Ghana, 4 of them 4 storey building apartments.
Eko Atlantic City according to US authority is going to host the Biggest US Embassy in the World
It's not a mall it's a house
Hello guys, just a reminder…. All these houses are complete bricks & pure concrete 💯%. Unlike houses here in the USA__Woods.
SA is 3 almost times wealthier than Nigeria, with 3 times less population making SA up to six times wealthier per capita.
These houses are really expensive hey 😅
I’m just laughing so hysterically from his reactions especially, when he says “My brain hurts.”
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nigeria builds their homes with 100% bricks or cement blocks and concrete. Awesome

Watch out for Airpeace, a Nigerian owned airline, they planned to fly from USA directly to Nigeria (viz-a-viz) very soon with better flight ticket rates. But the Airpeace UK route is now active. All the best👍

Nigeria Currency Is Naira, Nothing Like Nigeria Dollar
The 400k to 500 k maintenence is in Naira not in dollars
Nigerians buy with cash , no loans.
And all these houses are built with cash no mortgage. Nigeria only do cash if u can't afford it no put body 😂. Our govt is our problem otherwise we have good test and work hard.
Mike adenuga house banana island
Am glad Americans are slowly waking up and seeing how they have been taken advantage of by their construction companies all these years, , see a house of 262 thousand dollars in Africa then compare to the a same price house in America then ask yourself WHY? They say he who does not tour around always think its only his mother who knows how to cook! Social media is slowly opening people's eyes you can tour Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa and many more at the comfort of your seat, very soon many will begin to ask questions…
The only problem we have in Nigeria is bad government honestly, if that can be sorted out forget it! We be ruling the world because we have lots of resources in abundance down to humans as resources we're very efficient.
@TopHill Nigeria also hardly offers mortgages so all the houses are bought with full cash. When you do find a bank willing to offer a mortgage it is usually for 5 years or 8 years and the interest rate is extremely high.
So when you see a property for $2m it’s all cash, if the property is $300,000 it’s all cash, this makes it extremely difficult for an average man on the street or professional to buy, you have to save for a long time or find a bank willing to give you a loan.
