It will be much less expensive and a more direct path to your career. If you still want to go to college, look abroad, most developed countries provide college for free. Now being a foreigner you would have to do your homework of course but if it works out, you are way ahead of the game.

22. I taught in Japan if he is a government worker he does not make a lot of money (most jobs). I worked for the American government. I did well. I am an educator former military! College is not a scam. Black folks please go to college, you might need to get a 4 year degree. Get a degree in Math, Science, Technology or trades. 25. Hear something most ppl breezed over, the kids help. Yes, kids are taught at a young age, with the responsibility of cleaning and hygiene. They usually clean up at school as well, as part of their growing up process, now compared to the West where most kids only do chores if given an allowance.

    Saying college is a scam is a form of undermining yourself. The young lady is partially correct. Get scholarships and grants to pay for college. Get an advanced degree and make sure you polish your critical thinking skills and a for employment with top 100 companies and then you will get paid 6 figures. Degrees in AI and computer science will net excellent salaries. Advance degrees in analytics and other technical fields will net higher starting salaries. Bachelor’s degrees in general studies or social sciences don’t pay as well as tech jobs in top companies. Hope this helps someone.

40. College Degrees especially bachelor degrees which is the the4 year undergraduate degree are worth achieving. With a 4 year degree in anything you can become a Lieutenant in the military which is an officer and they are the white collar side of the military and pay well and with each rank achieved you make more money in 2003 Captains in the army were making around 72,000 a year. You can go to Air Traffic control school with a 4 year degree learning how to guide air planes and clear the runway for the planes through the control center and they make over 100,000 a year. With a 4 year degree you can apply for the FBI or CIA. With a bachelor degree you can work for corporate sectors of companies being district managers and these are degrees in anything I mean you could of just went to school for physical eradication or university studies and just because you have a bachelor’s degree period you qualify to do these careers not jobs careers and I can go on. Substitute teachers only have to have a bachelors degree with no specialty in a major. Also you need to learn how to work your degree and sell yourself to employers or you can get a couple of your classmates and start your own firm or freelance. Many people think that you get the degree and employers are going to be thirsty to hire you. You actually should be looking for employment at least 6 months to a year before graduating so you can have employment by then. There are many careers that just require you to have a 4 year degree. I promise you.
