9. A friend of mine's husband died about 4 years ago from excessive drinking. It left her faced with raising her two kids alone. She stopped drinking five or six Twisted Teas a day – cutting tons of excessive sugar to her system. Today she's still not drinking, kids are happier and she's lost about 80 pounds.

   Drink unsweetened tea, Keith and you'll be entering the Mr Universe pageant all brawn and muscle and no fat! 🙂

12. I’m traveling back to Canada and I have a layover in Salt Lake City, think I walk pass Finn? He was walking in a hurry so I didn’t stop him, or it was his twin. 😊

13. Getting in shape doesn’t have to be a struggle. I gave up all fast food, shopped only the outer isles of a store (fresh foods, meat & protein, and dairy). That alone helped immensely, no canned foods, sugar, etc. Good luck with that. Jane Autumn was a nice memorial plan for her. Keeping the family together. Best of the best in Grenada.

14. Change of diet: the results will start to be noticed 8 weeks in, the discipline will be set 1 year in. You'll look and feel great and your family will get the benefit of you being around longer and healthier
