Question: we are facing the worst boat ever built (with watertight compartments that flood completely in 10 minutes) or the crew left everything open without having foreseen the storm (also leaving the guests locked in the cabins and without life jackets)? Even inside a Bentley it rains if you leave the windows open.

  3. Just saw Kraken president owner give his opinion. Completely convinced me of the most likely senario. He refered to the boat as having tender seaworthiness.
    Of note, angle of vanishing righting moment (73 degrees) , and the downflooding angle of 45 degrees.
    This combined with lower steps and landing at the gunnel to the saloon lower cockpit. It was decribed a scupper to the interior of the boat.
    This logic appears to be impregnable .

    Personally i never had a clear view or understanding of the lower cockpit steps at the gunnel. In the vid they were shown clearly. Unbelievable . It changed my opinion completely. I had assumed it must be crew error. At this time design. 45 degrees of heal caused by sudden weather event . Gunnel submerged , tons if water downfloods vulnerable lower cockpit steps , cascading effects to cause full capsize.
    Million to one for the extreme sudden weather event ,….. Wow

    As for the captain and engineer both living in Mallorca…no conspiracy there, I live in Mallorca…if I go to supermarket I bump into X amount of people that work or worked on yachts

  5. So, we know the sank stern first, very rapidly, and while dragging anchor, the yatch appeared to twist on ankor. Is it possible the chain caught on the starboard propeller shaft, and inthe ensuing wind induced motion w
    Ripped the shaft and supporting hull area. Creating a large hole into the engine room. Openings such as the port engine room door being open, presumably by engineer trying to figure out bilge alarms… Would not have initially contributed, but I would assume the engineer would have abandoned the area and most likely left the port engine room door open, allowing further acceleration of water ingress into the stern area.

  7. Baysians owner was also working for a couple of american secret service agencies and the divers main priority was to retrieve the hard drives that he kept onboard of his buisness dealings with those agencies.
