11. I cannot imagine how anyone would remain in an airpocket long enough too suffocate, surely they could of thought of how to swim out of the boat and to the surface ,once the shock of the sinking passed. There had to be less than 10 meters of hallway to a opening up to the outer deck ?!😢

12. Downflooding is what it looked like to me. I think the captain minimized the heeling angle, he didn't know for sure, and was being conservative. There must have been a pretty large opening to let in enough water to sink it so fast, the air vents don't seem big enough.

13. Seems strange that they would need to recover those hard drives in the safe. They are nothing to do with the sinking of the ship and contain personal/sensitive information.

22. Those vents are so high on the hull that the boat would have to be at the 90 degrees angle for the water to get in. I wonder how the boat didn't turn into the wind if they had 20kts of wind before they got hit by the tornado.

23. No matter how the company tries to escape any responsibility for the sinking, It seems as if the design of the boat in that situation had the most to do with the catastrophe . Very sad.

There also appears to be top secret information link to UK and US intelligence agencies on board the boat at the time of its sinking. To me this sounds like an MI or CIA operation. There is no such thing as a coincidence. This needs to be closely watched.

The fact that this mast was so very huge and heavy – even comically so – is likely going to be a factor. This mast was an after market change to the yacht – there’s even YouTube videos about it, it was considered to be a really big deal when it was done years ago…

Because taking his boat would have raised a lot of questions on just how the western governments are behaving and if it is LEGAL. He must have said something he shouldn't have. 41. Being anywhere near a quay is crazy in this seaway. She should have been taken to sea or I to protected waters assuming that was possible in the circumstances.
    Nothing the person filming could do without risking injury or death. The time to do something useful is long gone IMO.
