  2. Great episode! I used to live in Vancouver and miss sailing all those places that were mentioned in this episode. Definitely add a diesel heater to your to-do list! And I honestly hate birds on my boat – all they do is sit on the lifelines and spreaders and poop 🙁 I would have a heart attack if I saw as many as you did in this episode!!

  12. the birds are swallows, very common in the UK and travel to Europe for warmer climate, often found building nests under the eves of houses so very used to human activity and being fed where ever they go
    sorry to hear of sleep issues and a drip, always an issue, build a fine boat, you could test and test and never see a drip, put it where its meant to be in the water and suddenly everything is diferent, Aladino will soon sort it

  25. So sorry to hear about the leaking portholes, everything else about your trip so far seems just about perfect, minus a much needed heater. Curious to see what kind of heater you will decide on. The footage of the trip to shore to listen to the fiddle and see an old friend was magical!

Sounds of Music in the evening sky which brings an old memories of the past and then new ones happens with you performing together and the Sound of Music in your hands. And most of all Family Time with your parents and partner which lead to food & a pint And Most of All Hot Showers & Warm Dry Bed. Thank You Both. ❤❤❤😊😊😊
