It’s amazing how different it is when sailing with a full compliment of crew onboard, each with their own talents. I cruise with just my wife and the workloads can definitely be pretty demanding at times, but when we finally drop anchor I think I prefer the peace and pricacy of just the gtwo of us. 😊. Great episode, thanks for sharing.
Having a guy like Kai on board is amazing, someone keeping a level head and talking you through while you're stressing about a reef is one of the most helpful thing i could think off.
What fills my heart with so much joy, love, happiness, and the odd little tear in the corner of my eye is the beautiful, respectful friendship u all share ❤

OMG, as a former cruiser, the idea of having a Kai onboard, not only as a stable co-pilot when things are going wild at sea, but as a smart guy up in the mast, fixing complex electronics while I get to tour the town… And how about the talented ones making delicious meals? It's just amazing. What a dream life you and Elayna have achieved here. Well done!

Fishermen use those small rear sails to make the stem heading the wind. This reduces the drift, and the forces it cause to whatever they try to get inside the boat. Thanx for years together❤❤
