   Edit: Any chance you could just pay Steve to start editing on land with a team under his managment? Owner can co-own the production team. Steves works is so much better quality. He tells a story better as he lived the life, he blends the fun better, mixes music better. In this one we went from a lovely nice indoor story about flowers to a fat diver's rear end using the same music. You have content gold here, dont lose the magic in editing.
