1. Rough race this year. A lot of broken hearts for various reasons. Still. Given the opportunity and knowing the risks, I'd go.

2. BZ to the skipper & crew of LawConnect for a fast and safe Sydney Hobart.
   It was always on my bucket list to do this race as I've 2 Fastnets, 11 Newport-Bermuda, 7 Marion-Bermuda, 1 Annapolis-Bermuda & 2 Trans-Atlantics.
   Sad to know that 2 crew died during heavy air gybes. I've 2 good friends who were also very experienced die from accidental gybes.

3. CYC should have delayed the start in Sydney

7. No one will be held accountable for the deaths of these people. Tipicle of the rich man. Two teared justice system.

8. Sorry guys, but that’s one of the most boring coverages of anything I’ve ever seen. Biggest aussie yacht race deserves better.

9. Deepest sympathy to the families and friends of the two sailors who have lost their lives at sea. This is a very sad time for the global sailing community.

   May they rest in peace.
