#vg2024 #imoca #vendeeglobe #sailing

congrats to all Cap Horn rounders!
Amazing Race so far
Johann has a faster boat in tallwind, so theoretically nothing is done for the victory, just next to the exclusion zone winds may be more favourable for Johann.
But we just learned that Johann has almost lost his J0
His J0 suffered severe tears
Unless he is bluffing, his J0 seems to be unfixable
So this could be the potential REAL turning point of this battle
If Seb Simon win the race Juan K will have designed the best boat from the Vendeè 2024 for the best sailor. What a race. Now I wish he can still win. OMG
Thank you for your show every day. Is great
Greetings especially to Conrad! His joy and great mood, made my day! Thx mate!
All the best to the whole fleet!
I love how former teacher Dee Caffari ends the interview with "everyday is a school day".
Great to see Aunaud pass the cape, and if course conrad being so high spirited too, as always. Great entertainment! Great Job Sam Davies, stay safe!! !
. Sad to see Johann lost his sail, and Boris too.
But hopefully Boris can get his fixed, before the end of the race, if he finds a calmer bit of sea, so he can climb the mast. And It's amazing how much different technology has changed to make these boats move so fast these days!!
. Love seeing how happy Alan is at this point, since passing the cape, im sure hell make the best decision for him and his boat.
keep moving forward guys!!
Jubilation and fleet compaction. Very tricky North Atlantic options. Common theme: boat preservation, choppy seas.
Loving every day of this race and don't know what I shall do without your daily updates , and the video clips we see daily . Next for me to watch addictive will be the 3 week cyclingevents on the roads of Europe in the 3 Grand Tours.
Love it

Conrad, enjoys whatever is thrown at him. Iceberg, Cape Horn “the stone”, high winds, cold air, nasty sea conditions. It’s really amazing, how he ‘accepts’ whatever the state maybe. Almost spiritual.
Talking about Robin Knox J, I took my boat down the Thames to welcome him in London, after he had completed his race in Plymouth. I realy couldn’t believe how small his boat “Suhaili” was.
Hats off to Alan Roura and Sam Davies too. Always high spirited, humble and positive!
Yes technology has changed the game how about the boats sale the race minus all electronics info and see how good the sailors really are
Rainbow Roger that
Great to see the emotion Arnaud has for taking a final last step toward the finish.
How much prize money is up for grabs?
Great coverage and content as usual, love the sir robin knox Johnson article, also the video cam in corner of boats while your talking.
Love the comments from Boris : if the race was easy then everyone would be doing it:
Thank you for your show every day!
Great reporting. Thank you
There's almost no chance Richomme can win at this point. He would need to average over 3 Knots faster than Dalin for the next 53.5 hours to makeup the gap, and based on how Dalin has consistently maintained the lead throughout the race, the window of reasonable time for Richomme to overtake him has all but closed.
Conrad Colman has one of the most mentally/emotionally balanced minds i have ever encounted. There he is admist the centre of nautical Hell, just loving it.
It's amazing to me as a 74 year old retired Merchant Marine captain in our USA fleet the steadfast advancements each day of these true sailing warrior's. The equipment from technology, the constant weather predictions and most of all the sailors themselves have been mind blowing. Best to all and for a safe and Healthful finish.
