Thank you all for your patience whilst there has been a lot going on with MY Loon. I was not onboard for the incident, and have been keeping in touch with those injured. Currently I am halfway through my off rotation and will be returning back to the vessel in February. There have been some changes onboard, and I enjoy working for the owner and guests we receive on the vessel, as such I look forward to going back to a galley I love to work in. To those who reached out to check on my wellbeing, thank you for your concern, it is appreciated.
Very pleased to hear from you Nina, whatever recent events have occurred. Good luck going forward, with a big hug from your viewers around the world. Regards
It's always great to watch professionals prepare food and where. On a yacht and in tight spaces. You know how. Absolute entertainment . Personally, I would overeat everything . The way to a man's heart is through his stomach.
Truffles. Anything with Truffles in it.. no shrimp… allergic
I wish I could meet someone like you
This video is difficult to hear. But if you were my chef I would have you cook lots of potato dishes and chicken. Very simple taste.
My meal, for one sitting, would be (sry, not fancy and in Swedish – google it).
Toast pelle janzon
Biff Rydberg
Creme brulee
This is incredible. I need to win the lottery so I can charter Loon and get the chance to experience your cuisine 😀
it is an artform, I wouldn't have the patience to do it.
Your brownie cake looked so delish!!! I know you've done countless steak entrees, prime and some various vegetables and chocolate cream pie!!! Yumminess!!! 😁🍽
This doesnt add up, Nina was the one they said was injured badly….and this is an old video and the statement she will be back in Feburary doesnt seem real.
I would literally eat anything you cooked for me😅😅😅
Glad to know you are safe. Been looking at the news about the vessel and hope the changes are for the best
Have you ever tried a taster sensory meal? Like using those miracle Berry's that changes ones tastes buds, try foods before and after the berry and compare maybe lol. With edible bubbles and things that look non edible but are lol
Hello Chef! So good to hear you're doing well! I am curious about the butter lettuce glass. I have searched and cannot find how to make it. You say you soak the lettuce in iced water and then it goes in the vacuum machine. Is this a vacuum sealer? Is there anything else you can share about the process or can you provide a link? I'd love to know if you soak the whole head, leaf by leaf and any other details you have time to provide. Thank you! =) Teresa
I have a very simple comfort food I invented myself with pasta, cod roe and a couple other things I would ask you to make. As long it is seafood I¨ll eat anything.
Incident!! hopefully everything is ok?
Shouldn't you put a fishnet on your head? So that the hair doesn't fall into the food
Lobster mack & cheesed
gloves when handling food people!!!!
Someone must have been getting a bj on that tender and not looking forward to where the boat was heading. How the hell do you crash a tender onto rocks, all you had to do was navigate from the dock towards the giant illuminated motor yacht. And the tender has all the navigational charts in a heads up display at the helm showing shallow water and rocks. Strange.
Does anyone knows if she is the one that got injured in the loon accident?
Love your videos and glad to hear your safe!
Everything you make looks wonderful, delicious and beautiful. But if we to visit onboard we would have to you make a hat we call simple food lol. Roast beef, mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy and coconut cream pie. And maybe some southern fried chicken too. Yum yum
I like, roast beef, cooked with carrots, potatoes, onions, homemade white bread, coffee, lettuce salad, and some cherry or apple pie. This is called a hunting camp dinner. Cooked on the wood stove. Million thanks for entertaining us. St.Paul,Minnesota. USA.
That salmon dish looked fantastic! When you coming out with a cookbook?
I'd get you to make me Viet food. In particular, the Vietnamese Pizza. I LOVE this dish. Dont get to eat it much anymore..
Just had to add that I LOVE your videos. Your prep video was super interesting.
Do you ever get guests who want rather normal food? I know that if my friends ever went on a yacht- they'd want "regular" food… or does the wealth that these people have also make them want fancy foods only? lol
A BIG bowl with a MICRO-BOWL. in the middle with your triple overpriced snack
You could serve me any beef or chicken entree…. as long as there isn't any fish…. I could get a pole and fish all day…. hate to eat fish! LOL (We are black angus cattle ranchers!)
I do catering and teach cooking classes to young moms at our crisis pregnancy center… so I like to cook myself, therefore….. my request would be to be in your kitchen and just watch you work! LOL
I was on an Alaskan cruise several years ago and "tried" everything, even a single piece each of my brother in law's caviar (two kinds of caviar… a small blackish brown, and larger orange)…. YUCK!! It was literally like licking a wet fish!
Your channel is a window into how the very wealthy eat and play. More than that, it shows a happy, gifted, globe trotting Chef in her element and I swear… I've attempted a few of your dishes already using po-peoples ingredient options LOL. I LOVE this channel and your work Chef!
P,J banana 🍌 sandwich 😋😋😋😋1
I can tell you, if I ever hit the lottery, you would have zero problems serving me or my family any type of meal. I would like breakfast chops with hashbrowns and soft eggs on top, lunch would be a tuna (or some kind of seasoned fish) on a rye bread with a spring salad and supper of your choice. Simple type of dude.
