7. I went on yacht club seashore last Oct (2023) and was discussed by thier poor service. I am in a wheelchair and my husband has diamentcia, so I request help which was refused, so I never requested help with packing. I always got help on Celebrity and NCL. If you suffer from diabetes there is not a selection of food to choose from. 1 desert for the whole 26 day trip only sugar free vanilla ice cream, no fresh fruit etc. Most meals included pasta or rice not fresh vegtables (over cooked). 1 night I requested just the filling for some sort of pie and was told they come preassembled so they could accomadate me. The filet mignon was so hard that I returned them several times. The butler told me at least 10 times that he was leaving early as he was looking for his tip. My opinion go with another cruise line

9. Thanks for the yacht club tips. The afternoon tea sounds like a great way to transition from the daytime activities and take a pause before the evening kicks off. MSC pizza is definitely amazing, especially with their freshly made mozarella.

19. Thank you for the great video. I just wanted to point something out for people landing in American ports. Your butlers are not going to be able to get you down to the street or sometimes even the terminal. The immigration laws in US will not allow most butlers to exit an area of the terminal very close to the ship. They can go as far as the lounge they found you in the first day, but that's basically it.

20. Looking forward to our YC trip aboard the Seashore in May for our anniversary (never done MSC before)! I know normally if you plan on doing excursions, it's a good idea to book ahead of time to save money. With respect to YC, however, is it better to wait until embarkation day since there are sometimes "specially curated" excursions for YC guests? The only thing I've been able to find on MSC's website are the "regular" excursions, so thought I'd check with someone who's had the experience. 🙂

24. I had to laugh about your jeans comment. Only old people wear jeans to the caribbean lol My father in law wears jeans year round in central FL. They all have poor blood flow, making them cold all the time.

25. Tip- In YC guests can receive Free Pressing of 4 items of clothing PER STATEROOM. Ask your Butler about this on your first day.

Hi I have a question about tipping in the Yacht Club, (MSc seascape in the Carib)if you don't mind would you be able to give me some information as to what is customary for tipping in the Yacht Club including the Butler and others. I'm gonna be sailing soon just want to have some sort of guideline and i don't want to be a cheapskate lol

34. They hold captains and teams thank reception in thevtop saik for YC guests. They take times to speak with you privately.
    The butlers will escort you to certain meetings on the ship also YC pool. Also priority seating in excursions abd embarkation and disembarkation. It is a spoil yourself vaca.

37. Thanks for a great video! Just booked our first Yacht Club cruise so these tips are wonderful. I especially like the "casual is fine" tip – makes packing much less stressful. I have one question about dealing with luggage on embarkation day. Do you drop your checked bags with the regular porters or is there a special area for YC luggage? I realize every port will be somewhat different but wondering about your experience…. Thanks.

38. Not sure if this is on all the ships. In YC you get the wrist band included, this gives you elevator control when out of YC. Scan the wrist band and the elevator will take you directly to your floor without stopping for others.

40. I looked at two cruises….4 days on MSC Yacht Club for $4000 or 13 days on Explora for $5000….try Explora….the whole ship is better than YC1
