13. So what about a perforated aluminum sheeting for you ceilings. Light a breathable… "industrial" but finished look. drill all the broken stainless out and you could mount it with aluminum rivets and aluminum screws…no mix of metal…

20. Wow..that was a fortune in ACM panels… that would have been a hard call. That stuff is strong won’t rot, relatively light and wont oil can. Love the boat and the build…

21. In your last video you said you would be making some modifications. I didn’t know you were gutting the boat, and basically redesigning everything. A private head is a must on a boat. I don’t care how long you’re married, there are some things you do where you want privacy.😏 The lighter the boat, especially under sail will make a big difference. Awesome video!

24. Wow! You are motivating me to go ahead and move forward with my demolition. I have been reluctant to tear down walls until I'm ready to replace…but I do see the value in going ahead and removing everything now. At a minimum, it will give me time to work within the space and determine exactly what I want to do with it. I think I'm going to go ahead and turn the VIP Stateroom on Quixote into a larger bath for my stateroom – but the main portion of it will be converted into a full sized work-shop prior to entering the engine room. This will also serve as my main battery bank compartment with all my stacked victron invertors and batteries. This will keep them dry and out of the engine room leaving more space in there for the hydraulic pump and watermaker that are currently housed in other areas of Quixote. Look forward to more renovations from you!
