Does function follow form or does form follow function? It seems that a Bering yacht has the best of both. This is truly a magnificent piece of engineering and design.

Is it possible to get a B65' that will max out at 30 knots and cruise at 22.5 knots?
Could the B65 carry a Jasper Marine's Defender 22 as it's tender? It has a Dry Weight of 4,700 lbs, or 1.814 Kg.
The Jasper Defender 22 has an overall Length of 27′ ft., but Hull Length is 24’6″ ft., and it's Length at Waterline is 21’4″ ft., which obviously includes the either… one or two outboards.
the flybridge roof is very large and heavy. I would like to see her more light and graceful.

I think Bering needs a new sub 20 m. Some architecture as COR65 R.A.V or Nordhavn 625, so Beebe’s Type D. I would like single engine with parallel hybrid drive and one bigger generator, so maintenance is easier, but there is get-home option.

What a beast. For 65 foot those are spacious side decks and tall ceilings which really takes it to the next level. You're own ship really.
This layout is much like the 77 – which is my absolute favorite. 🙂 There is nothing better than Bering – nothing can hold a candle to these amazing yachts. 🏆

Summer of 1976…I was young Marine on the first cruise (a 7 month Med) of the USS Nimitz.
We had left Pier 7 of muddy Norfolk, headed across the Atlantic.
I woke up early the next morning and headed down to the starboard side rear hanger deck.
I saw the bluest water I've ever seen, and the dolphins were jumping like we were an arcade game.
I was blessed. 😊
