10. AIS is primarily an anti-colition system. A case can be made, that not using the system in isolated waters may in contradiction to the rules, but not bad seamanship. The world at large does not have a compelling need to know regarding position and tracks.
    Compare this to the USN apparent disregard for good seamanship when not using AIS in congested waters on multiple, fatal, occations.

23. I have a question? At some point in time, the world will go back to normal., are all these boat owners gonna be able to sue, the respective authority for taking their boats. The West have ceased hundreds of boats without any legal authority. I think this is crazy….

24. Hi snd thanks for the great uploads. Can I ask you where is the best place to find jobs on superyachts? My son is qualified as a marine engineer and electrical marine too. He's just did a course for working at sea, TCWA or something like that. He's spent the last 10 yrs working for a company that builds superyachts, so has a wealth of knowledge & experience. TIA
