3. Hearing that conditions on the boat were not rosy like portrayed on social media is par for the course. A drunk narcissist caused this whole thing. Paul is trash.

4. I feel sorry for the Owners and Investors, of the yacht too….They were not to blame, but the incident will not help them at all in their business. The entire crew riding in the boat i question, should be removed from the Loon's list, as those riding with the person causing the accident knew he was drunk according to this video. So guilty of abetting the "crime" .As for the attempts to contact the present Captain, he should have been given a text verified by the Loon's solicitors for such events. Silence is a very bad policy in incidents of this nature….If they want wild rumours they are headed right for that.

12. This was always going to be alcohol/drug related but I seriously doubt the authenticity of this account. Whoever was driving was 100% responsible but some of the wording sounds too scripted and rehearsed.

18. Wonder how the consequences would differ for like a charter airline pilot or other professional that requires licenses and is heavily regulated. Hopefully that captain is not allowed to work professionally and have lives under his command or safety. That’s at a minimum.

19. I don't understand the issue, the boat pilot was drunk and crashed into rocks. It is not a secret that there is copious amounts of alcohol on this yacht (from all the videos I watched). Also, ultimately the captain remains responsible for the vessel – thus prosecute accordingly and be done with it.

Anyone who operates any machinery whilst drunk that results in another person getting injured in any way should be prosecuted, not sure what the local law says regarding operating a vessel whilst under the influence though, but so far from everything that has been said, it certainly looks like the captain caused an accident that resulted in serious injuries. Under UK law It is an offence for a professional seafarer to be impaired by drink (or drugs) whilst on duty on board a ship or at any time on board a vessel if they might be required to undertake emergency duties to protect the safety of passengers.

21. HI, when distorting the voice you should think about including transcript on the screen. In my country lot of TV's is doing that – not all but this is quite common that when they change the voice they put subtitles on screen.
    here VOice mod was really serious. Maybe it's not obvious but for native English speaking persons it might not be a problem to understand that while for the strangers ( and for sure this is majority of your viewers ) distorted voice may become "unreadable". I recognize myself as freely English speaker but i had really focus on that speech because i had real problems to understand what she's saying.

23. Why is Captain Paul the only 'crew' shown on Motor Yacht Loon website? I figured he would be fired and removed from the website if this is all true. No other crew is listed on the front page except for Captain Paul.

27. Thank you for the update. Sad, I hope the person or persons injured are ok. Would really like to know if there was a license revoked or prosecution. This could have been fatal. It is a bad result of poor judgement to say the least.

28. I thought motor yacht loon was up for sale called into an interview with Paul Clarke last year, they were going to replace the boat with something else
