Awesome!
I am so sorry to see what happened to your boat. Hope you can fix it 😢 Awesome video. Great drone shots!
Dude, that's sucks😢 The damage looks pretty major. If you are going to get another moth, will it be a Mach 2? I'm really jealous that you saw Glenn!😮 Good luck with you're moth, can't wait for next week's video!❤❤❤❤
A little glue, good as new! 😉 that's a bummer but you can fix her up. Thanks for the show ✌️
Hoping we get a review of the Skeeta next time?
Bonus points for getting Glenn on camera! Sorry the day ended the way it did… Hope you can fix it, If not no worries. Time to upgrade!
If you've got a good local rigger, ask them for some uncoated dyneema. It gets used in loops and has no coating to mess with adhesion. You can also take it out of low end Dyneema double braid where the core is uncoated to save money.
I believe theres a saying in high performance carbon racing if it never fails you've used too much resin and could be lighter. Thanks for the great video.
Sooo… how many boats you got? Laughed out loud at your answer. Awesome video again.
Audibly groaned at that failure. Sorry man.
What a great video Tom! Good that Glenn was happy to have a chat on camera! I see the 2 camera set up is back!
I'm loving those drone shots. I was shocked to see the rudder gantry fail like that. I had to go back 10 seconds to comprehend!
"Sooo, how many boats you got?"got me!
Thanks again Tom
Good luck with the rudder gantry, loving the content!
Ripped the bottom bolt out of my blade rider gantry a few years ago. Horrible sound and feeling because you already know when you lose something at the back of the boat that it will be difficult or expensive to fix. (Fortunately I found a quick and good repair for my issue, I hope you can fall on a good solution)
love the videos tom, keep it up. you should pick up an old nacra infusion and do it up to come to F-18 worlds in Perth FEB 2026, it will be at one of the best sailing venues in Australia and will be a great event.
Another great video, always look forward to them and hopefully this isn't the last we see of the Moth. As someone who has been fascinated with foiling moths for many years, these videos have helped better understand them and what it takes to sail one (on and off the water).
oh no not good but absolutely fantastic vid tom next how to repair a rudder gantry
