Keep going big lad you are doing a fantastic job
Well done Terry, hope you enjoyed Shoreham as much as could under the circumstances. Will get on your website soon.
I've got the same problem with a raw water filter, I need to fibreglass in 2 sections for mounting or something
Hi the new white hose from the Khasi is a delivery hose and may slowly collapse under vacuum. MAY being operative word as dependant water temp ambient temps and its softening. Suction hoses are generally spiral wound. I guess it did work if you're now at Portland.
Have beer my friend
Good idea on the toilet seacock as a backup. I'll probably do that.
You have it to do. You are doin great.
Try open up the water inlet on the sail drive by using an air pump, like a dinghy pump. Connect it to the inlet hose and pump hard until you hear see bubbles exiting under the boat. Geir, Norway.
I hope you take a moment to look back on all you have achieved…and learnt..all the challenges you took on and have ably met so far…the risks you have dealt with.. but more importantly Terry.. the beauty you have seen and been in…the connect to the sea that few know… sail on you crazy diamond.
A masterful kludge, Terry. Sorry about your MUSTO cap, lost at sea.
You Sir are the embodiment of what sailing is all about. I salute your indefatigability. You show classic British values of bravery, sense of humour in the face of adversity and a spirit of dering do !! I'll bung you a few quid in the morning.
Well done mate, I agree a 5 min job on a boat can always turn in to several hours of work
looks like you have water in the oil,!

Your amazing!! Keep the updates coming, you may not know but watching inspire us who are still doing work on our huge projects.
All Musto caps go the same way.

Love the way you figure it all out Terry. Just a thought, but wouldn’t opening those curtains help in daylight? Looking for a Musto cap for you.
Why not put a T on the toilet inlet and have all systems working
Imulsifide oil so water ingress, head gasket???
If I'd have known you were in Shoreham then I'd have bought you a beer(s). I'm only up the road from where you were.
