  2. If you are going to use a cutoff wheel use a full face shield please…I’ll send you one, just let me know where to send it. Those can and do come apart: especially when you are using the crappy chinese ones most do it yourselfers get at a certain unnamed tool suppy store that might have something to so with a watery name… and if it hits you in the neck, it can literally kill you, it’s happened. Also, wire wheels. There was a poster on the wall at the 440 Union hall for years with a blown up picture of the wire that was sticking out of this guys eye. This was before photoshop so yes, it was real & it was totally GRUESOME. Im not a safety geek, I hate the $4it with a passion, but thjs one really matters so please let me know where i can send a faceshield. Sorry if Im coming off like an a$$4ole but its only because I care and don’t want you to look like a pirate.

    I VE BEEN USING PLUMBERS SILICONE ON ALL SALTWATER CONNECTIONS
    FOR FORTY YEARS ABSOLUTELY HELPS HANDS DOWN
    THERE IS A TINY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
    PLUMBERS SILICONE AND DIELECTRIC GREASE BOTH ARE
    SILICONE BUT PLUMBERS HAS MORE USES
    THE MAIN DIFFERENCE IS PRICE WHICH PLUMBERS WILL BE
    VASTLY BETTER AND DO THE SAME JOB
    YOU CAN DO A VERY FEW MINUTES RESEARCH WHICH WILL GIVE
    YOU ALL THE INFO YOU NEED
    DON T LOAD THE CONNECTIONS WITH WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE
    A LIGHT COATING IS ALL YOU NEED
    ALSO ANOTHER SUGGESTION
    UNLESS YOUR CONNECTIONS HAVE GASKETS
    ELECTRIC TAPE WHERE THE CONNECTIONS MEET TO HELP
    EVEN MORE WITH SALT WATER AND AIR INTRUSION
    GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN BE CAREFUL

  26. I don't really understand why you chose a four blade propeller with such a large blade area. It looks like it folds quite poorly and considering your old prop, you don't appear to need the large blade area. Anyway, still a nice prop!

  27. if you pick up a set of needle files,in home depot when you are back in US,they will make a plug terminal clean up a lot easier than a brush,they are not expensive,you would probable have to put them in hold luggage,or post them on to your self being pointy they wouldnt like you to fly with them,take care keep safe Andy

  28. FYI… In that salt environment on electrical plug connections I would use dielectric grease or even WD40 to protect your electric connections from moisture and corrosion. Salt air environment is just horrible….
