Why do Bankers finance this crap that will only depreciate?
neat, but not $2M neat, especially not with those finishes.
For the cost I'd but a Kraken 58. My opinion a better built and safer boat for ocean passages.
The ultimate boat for a non sailor who wants to toss 2 million dollars in the trash so he can have a tasteless floating condo two weeks out of the year.
I wonder how much will have to be paid to scrap it in ten years after it’s been used twice.
I would think that the arch would be stainless instead of fiberglass on such an expensive boat.
Boats that size are intimidating. Even the 40-footers seem so huge.
For $2m, I'd expect it to literally fly.
Great Vid.. Not a fan of the Boat though.👍
I need a garage for two Harley's and a RO RO Passerelle. I don't need 3 cabins. Maybe give the crew more room, and where is a space for my pet chicken Lou Lou. I need a bigger boat!!!
Over priced.
I wouldnt wanna take that flatbottom out in seriours seas looks very uncomfortable ,unless you are dock-sailing , then its probably great =)
Well I wonder what the new Maxi Magic Carpet costs in comparison😂
Great boat for the anchorage. But I would hate to fly across that mid section at sea.
7:34 Shiny and wrincled leather as per standard
Usually boats around 60-70 feet and more are kinda disappointing.
Of course you have tons of space but also all the problems that go with it and the huge sails that become inhuman to manage.
And a draft that cuts you out of places.
And inside there is no big leap in what you get.
From 30 to 40ft you gain a lot.
From 40 to 50-55ft you gain a lot.
Above that is wasted effort IMHO
Too much money for me.
Oh, and send Tim to Kraken!
I couldn't afford it if it were given to me.
I’ll stick with my OD 19 mariner with the sleeping underneath room for six people in the cockpit it’s been sweet to me 🙂 And a very modern and fast
Not a boat, just a large caravan.
I'm a traitor, since being a French guy, I prefer the English boats. It's the tender garage in this one that chews-up so much interior space but compare this to the interior of an Oyster 595 and…. I'll keep my dingy out on the davits and have that awe-inspiring Oyster owners cabin, thank you. Not that I'll ever be able to afford either 🙁
A 2M yacht with no windshield/hard dodger?? She's a fair-weather princess.
I can’t get past the steps on the side decks. Imagine going to the fore deck at night and having to maneuver steps.
This video in particular, out of all your others, could’ve used a better handheld zoom (or something!), because the walk-around tour camera work left a lot to be desired. (Trying to be nice 🙂 It’s like you set the zoom for a J-24 walk around and pointed it at the deck the whole time; it’s a little dizzying.
Disagree with Tim about the galley. My understanding is that these split galleys (as with the Dufours) are wonderful at anchor and a literal nightmare with any heel whatsoever.
I think i would have rathered a lookie at the 46.1 next door 😉
a far too expensive heap of plastic and also shows just what they think of crew
Nope…it's so fugly and I'd never ever buy this for ocean sailing. Ikea interior, dockside brothel. Sorry…i very seldom comment on here, but this is just awful! Woudl I feel proud walking up to this in the marina? No! Would i feel proud walking up to my Hallberg Rassy? Oh YES! That's the difference. Just my opinion, obviously.
just not my cup of tea for $2M.
Never ever.
I sail an elderly First 501 and I hang my tender of the stern or on the foredeck. Why waste all that space to store a balloon. It will be fast though at two mill? Ok a Hallberg or Oyster would cost more but…….?
Not a bluewater boat at all
A new toy tl the Orcas …..😂 ……Welcome to kill it ….🤪
Putting in a request for a review of Spirit Yachts.
This certainly makes the HR 44 look like a bargain now!
i saw a sailor sailing this baby alone, as everything is pretty much electronics assisted from winch to auto furling but i really wonder if this is viable or just impossible to maintain on a full cruise… Seems a long shot to me. My fellow experienced sailors here, what's your opinion ?
Small thing, but open volumes can't actually have MASS.
Nice but the light wood colors are not for me, dark works best. Too ply woodish or Ikea for boats 😆
If I wanted to drool over a $2M boat, I'd rather it be a classic wooden boat. So while I recognize that this is a great boat, it doesn't really move me.
yeah, i couldn't quite swing that one.
too much real-estate for me anyway…I would go for a First 30, that can surf…quick enough that way.
Personally, I like it. I would not want to sail it solo. But it could be a winner for two couples that love to sail together and invite friends onboard for a refined meal. I can sail my 41 Bavaria Cruiser solo whenever I wish without effort, I doubt it would be the same with such a boat
Think I will keep my catamaran.
No solar? In what year did this come out? like 1980? Plus propane stove dude why? I thought expensive boat would actually have proper electric systems… If you can afford this boat you probably can get something much better. It doesn't even have a hybrid engine like dude this is outdated from the start…
