We do like the adventurous menus in the yacht club restaurant. But if it is overcrowded we’d do this buffet every night.

Was that on the menu–if so, what did it say on the menu (sorry was stopping video to look, but didn’t see it). Also, how do you make a reservation and is it always available for more than one night?
